Money-Back Guarantee
Some of our products have a money-back guarantee and some don't. Please refer to our refund policy for individual products below:
Low Ticket Digital Products (Under $100)
One-time purchase products under $100 come with a 1 year money-back guarantee.
High Ticket Digital Products (Over $100)
One-time purchase products over $100 can be refunded within the first 30 days. After the initial 30 days, high ticket products can no longer be refunded.
Recurring Membership Subscriptions (Under $100/Month)
Recurring membership subscriptions under $100/month can be refunded within the first 30 days. After the initial 30 days, memberships can no longer be refunded however you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future recurring payments. Cancelling your subscription will terminate your access to the membership or course at the time of cancellation. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel your recurring payment as we are unable to cancel recurring payments on the same day of their processing date.
Content Mavericks Elite Coaching Program
Our coaching program cannot be refunded under any circumstances, and has a no money-back guarantee due to the nature of our coaches personal time invested and access to premium content. No refunds will be given.
How to Request a Refund?
If you'd like a refund, simply send an email to support@contentmavericks.com within the timeframes mentioned above, and your entire purchase price will be promptly refunded back to the credit card of purchase (if the product includes a money-back guarantee). We reply to all emails within 24 hours M-F. If you’re sending in a support ticket on a Saturday or Sunday, we'll respond on Monday and honor the date we receive your initial email request.
