Money-Back Guarantee

If you'd like a refund, simply send an email to support@contentmavericks.com within the timeframes mentioned below, and your entire purchase price will be promptly refunded. We reply to all emails within 24 hours M-F. If you’re sending in a support ticket on a Saturday or Sunday, we'll respond on Monday and honor the date we receive your initial email request. 

Low Ticket Digital Products (Under $50)
One-time purchase products under $50 come with a 1 year money-back guarantee.

High Ticket Digital Products (Over $50) and Recurring Subscriptions 
One-time purchase products over $50 and recurring membership subscriptions can be refunded within the first 30 days. After the initial 30 days, high ticket products and memberships can no longer be refunded however you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future recurring payments. Cancelling your subscription will terminate your access to the membership or course at the time of cancellation. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel your recurring payment as we are unable to cancel recurring payments on the same day of their processing date.
